Application

Heritage School employs Brightwheel for all applications, fees, and tuition.  Once this application has been completed in Brightwheel a $75 registration fee will be charged to you via Brightwheel.  Once this fee has been paid your child is considered registered.

How do I know which class I should register my child for?
We require students to be the age of the class by September 1st. Certain classes, such as our Transitional Kindergarten, have smaller specific dates for optimal instruction. Please consult the application for specific birth date requirements.   
What happens after I enroll my child?
Once the enrollment form has been received and processed you will receive a billing request from Brightwheel for $75. This indicates that your first choice was available. Upon payment of the $75 your child fully registered. 
What happens if my child is waitlisted?
You will receive confirmation that your child is on the wait list, and you will be contacted as soon as a space becomes available.   
When is payment due?
The first tuition payment is due the first week of June for the coming year. Families have the choice of paying in full, semesterly or monthly. For those paying monthly, tuition is due on the first of the month.   
Does my child need to be potty trained?
Children in our 2-year-old class do not need to be potty trained, parents are asked to provide diapers as needed.  3-year-old students must be potty trained, but we understand that every kid is different! For those not yet fully potty trained, it is expected that you are actively working toward that goal.  We will do our best to support our parents on this journey.   
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes. The highest tuition amount is charged in full. Additional siblings’ tuition will be discounted 10%. 
Does my child need to speak English?
No, we welcome a diverse group of students representing many different native languages.
